I was expecting a call yesterday from the provider so I was a little disappointed. No problem. People are very busy. Today was the first time I was able to get my chart to work so it was good to be able to read that while I get to speak to the nurse or the NP
If this first visit is anything to go by, I'm very glad I'm establishing care with Ms. Knauth going forward.
My provider solved 2 major problems for me that I've been ignored about by specialists, I was extremely impressed and felt so validated.

I always have a good experience with my provider and the staff at the facility I go to
One thing I noticed was that I didn’t feel rushed during my visit. With past visits, it seemed like my primary was focused on the only objective that I was there for and nothing else. No further questions were ever asked and I was sent on my way. This felt different.
