Fall prevention and balance class
We guide you through exercises that help maintain and improve your balance. If you are more comfortable in a seated position, we provide a chair. A block of four classes costs $40. For more information or to register, call 518-386-3656.
Joint wellness program
We help you regain strength and range of motion after joint replacement surgery.
Pulmonary wellness program
We lead special exercises for people with advanced lung conditions, like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Golf conditioning
Swinging a golf club works muscles all over your body, some of which injure easily. We help you improve strength and flexibility so that you feel great on and off the green.
Silver Sneakers® fitness class
This class helps older adults build up their strength and energy. We use a variety of techniques, including light hand weights, resistance bands and seated or standing exercises.
