Ellis Family Practice Associates is conveniently located in the Medical Arts Building adjacent to Ellis Hospital, offering patients of all ages high-quality care from physicians board-certified in family medicine.

We have earned national recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home practice for our high-quality, patient-focused, coordinated care. 

Our services include regular check-ups and physicals, sick visits, immunizations, and treatment of illnesses and diseases. Our office also provides health education and counseling, social work services, and care management. Our team has connections to community resources and support, including the Food Pharmacy to provide nutritious meals to qualifying patients. 

In-person and video appointments are available. Established patients can take advantage of our same-day walk-in services for minor injuries and illnesses.
