St Peter's Rensselaer Health Center

St. Peter’s Rensselaer Health Center provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital/ER follow-up.

Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment.

The practice also offers refugee health assessments in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health. Clinical social workers are available for consultation, assessment and referrals.

After hours, patients have access to a health care provider by calling our main number and leaving a message with the answering service.
