Dr Prieto got me into the office for an appointment immediately. He helped with scheduling my echo and then hot back to me on the same day with the results. He explained new medications. He prescribes everything to the pharmacy of my choice where the prescriptions would be the most affordable. He is helpful, kind, and nonjudgmentall.
I appreciate that I didn't feel rushed by the doctor or nurse and all my questions were answered.

I had had open heart surgery and this was the first follow up visit about a month after the survey. I'd seen Dr. Prieto several times during my 15 days in the hospital. At this visit he was very familiar with my surgery and post surgical care.
Spent very little time with me, did not hear my concerns fully, it was an in and out appointment, didn't address issues I am having.

Overall comment about *Dr. Prieto: In 2011 he performed a pulmonary vein ablation for me. I have not had a single episode of a-fib since then despite taking no meds. He improved the quality of my life tremendously during the 10 years since the procedure.
