8:30 apt. Was seen at 8:50. Pushed out the door at 9:05. No empathy. Did not listen to my concerns. Was rude essentially saying why I am here. I felt like I had to defend why I was there. Will not return to this practice if I am seen by her again. I called the office and shared my concerns. Due to the severity of my concerns no feedback since my call to the office. I am presently looking for other providers.

The NP was very professional & referred me directly to Lincare so I can get a new CPAP machine. My machine is 6 yrs. old & needs to be replaced. She also was friendly & very easy to talk to.

Maureen is clueless as to what is going on with your sleep study results. never has your medical records. every time I have meet with Maureen she does no prep work of reviewing your file and often states she is unsure why you are here. never can pull up my file. struggles to interpret sleep study and make intelligent recommendations to help you. clueless.
