Dr. Nakao spent a good amount of time with me, but I had so many questions that I have tried to ask during previous appointments and they were ignored. Dr. Nakao paid attention to me and answered my questions.

Not reasonable & demanding. He was cold, arrogant, filled with questions. Why didn't you... the x-ray is not telling me anything. Did not listen to me - That is not an excuse, bedside manner as whole, dry, angry. Note: on seeing me he had nothing to write my concerns. Clean office, I listened as he humiliated me. Left me with no direction out - Hard to ask waited at reception more than 15 min as he wrote in his office - Then another 15 mins as receptionist had to attend other calls. I will never see him again. Ask him to delete my name/file.
