This past visit, I felt that Dr. Sam did not want to hear what I had to say. I felt I was not taken seriously. The coverstation ended abruptly. During the beginning of the call, Dr. Sam told me her secretary would call me at the end of the day about the MRI and orthopedic referral she had just given me. I did not receive a call. I left a voicemail on the RN line asking for the referral info, the following day. I have still not received a return phone call. I am in a lot of pain, and the fact that I have NO information in regards to my referral just reiterates my feelings of not being taken seriously. I am ready to go to the hospital just to get a referral.
