I had found a tick on myself and wanted to make an office appointment at my medical office as soon as possible. In spite of the fact that my Primary NP was on medical leave, within a day I had an appt with Dr. Bennett and had prescribed medication within a day. This was especially important because the medication had to be taken within 72 hours to be effective. I very much appreciated the professional help I needed on such short notice.

I love Dr Bennett. However, trying to get in for a sick visit is really hard. Sometimes they’ll say it’s a 7-10 day wait to get in……in which case I go to WellNOW.
She's very hot and cold. Sometimes she is the best doctor ever, but other times she is dismissive and rushed. She is only human, but I never know how she will be from appointment to appointment.
Dr. Bennett has consistently been one of the best medical providers, from which I have ever received services.
My provider was very responsive to my medical needs from the start when I called for an appointment until the end with the care I received.
Dr Bennet always gives me all the time I need with her, and answers all of my questions. She always seems very concerned of how I am doing.

She was nice this time. It varies. Sometimes she is Impatient and dismissive, other times very patient and genuinely listens. This time she did not pooh-pooh my ideas or the information I brought her. We talked about everything on my list. I think she tries to be a good doctor, and when she is given enough time she is an excellent doctor. But usually she is running late because she is not given enough time to be the excellent doctor. Or, perhaps she is just moody.

I have often said that Dr. Bennett is the best doctor I have ever had, however, I am beginning to get frustrated. When I come to her with a health complaint or question, she is inconsistent. At some visits she says one thing, and at another visit, she says the opposite, which is frustrating and confusing. I think that she has too many patients, and so she is always harried, running late, and even seemed a little impatient this time. I presented with a couple of new issues, and she did not even examine the issues, just gave me referrals out. She gives too many unnecessary referrals, in my opinion. There is nothing wrong with referrals when warranted, but I would have liked her to at least take a look first. I suspect she gives so many referrals either because she was told to do so by the higher ups, and/or she doesn't have the time anymore to examine and treat all problems herself, no matter how simple. Again, I really like her. She is kind and knowledgeable and a good doctor who cares about her patients, but she needs to be consistent in her advice, and she needs to be allowed by the higher ups to spend the amount of time with her patients that she would like to, so she can address all of the problems her patients come to her for.

This was the best doctor's visit I have ever had from beginning to end. It was my first time seeing Dr. Bennett and she was personable and truly seemed to care about me. I had to give blood work, and since I have bad veins for giving blood, three nurses tried to find a good vein before poking me so that I wouldn't be poked more than once. She was fantastic.
