Horton is a first rate provider.
My visit required a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy provider and it was done immediately after my visit. Also, I have had to ask Ms. Horton for advice through the patient portal and I received timely advice.

I was very nervous going into this procedure but Jenna explained everything in detail, she told me what to expect and she let me know every step of the way what she was doing including explaining to me what was on the monitor. I go in and we talk about my issues I don't need special care I just need to see her so I have a urologist and somebody willing to prescribe the medicines I need for my issue and she does that and she said the next time I can do video visits because we don't do an exam per se I don't need it. That's actually pretty awesome cuz I'm moving together and it's farther away and I'm disabled so it's a great option especially since I see other doctors a lot also. So my blood pressure is taken at least four times a year by my GP who is with the St Peter's umbrella. Plus the other doctors through other hospitals. She's nice she listens to me I like her.

Jenna Horton listens very well to the patient and responds in an easily understood manner. She acted quickly on some concerns that I shared regarding an outside PT experience. It was not what she or I had expected would occur and did not help my progress. Jenna then referred me to a different Pelvic Floor PT office.
I will never return to Dr. Jenna Horton due to the offce staff or lack thereof.

Very good experience overall. I was told she would contact me after the blood work to see what was needed next In my treatment. I got my blood results on December 9th from 'My Chart'. Today in December 18th and I have yet to hear back from her or her office. Maybe next year!!!
