Dr. Phillip never gives me the impression that he wants to be at work and taking care of patients. At this appointment, he walked in the room with his hands in his pockets, didn't say anything to me, and I had to greet him by saying "Hello Dr. Phillip, how are you?" His response was "Just peachy". That's really not the way to make your patient feel like you care at all. I felt like an inconvenience. The rest of the appointment was okay, but I just hope that he was actually giving me the appropriate care plan.

This is hard to describe. Provider wasn't mean or rude, but generally comes across with an air of a what are you doing here? It doesn't bother me enough to switch providers, but I wouldn't recommend this specific doctor to my friends or family. Just seems like he's there to do a job but doesn't really care about the patient. My need for treatment was met but there was no connection whatsoever.
