Dr. Yip took the time the explain in depth my treatment options, including the risks and benefits of each (short and long term), honestly answered all of my questions and concerns. She took into account my personal situation and how it impacts the timing of what I need to have done. I was able to make an informed decision about treatment plan. She did not rush the appointment. She and her medical assistant made me as comfortable as possible during what can be an embarrassing/sensitive exam.
She was professional but approachable and kind. She quickly gained my trust and established a feeling of security. She explained everything step by step and took the time to listen to any questions or concerns I had. I have no suggestions, the visit went well.

Monday through Friday can be an exhausting/emotionally draining experience. The staff at your facility seem comfortable within a work environment and have made, the office functional environment for all.

Dr. Yip is a great doctor. She listens, answers questions and does not act as though you are stupid or that she has one foot out the door. There are so many things about this specialty that are awful. Problems and their remedies are physically painful and emotionally they are embarrassing and not something people talk about at cocktail parties. Dr. Yip is the perfect balance between professional and (slightly) funny.
I think she is wonderful and so does my niece who also went to her about the same time as I did.

This was my first time seeing this doctor and I'm so happy I went. Dr Yip and her nurse were just wonderful. The doctor explained everything to me so clearly. She used pictures and drew diagrams. She put me at ease and gave me a treatment plan that is working in just two weeks I have already seen improvement. Her nurse was so friendly and helped me through the process. I wish all my doctors were like this.
