The office staff looked less than thrilled to be there. They were respectful however it never hurt to smile once in a while. The nurse that was assigned to me had a very hard time using the computer and inputting any information. She was very slow to take in patients as I waited an hour past my appointment time to be called in.

Very little attention and concern to other conditions I have to discuss implications of those conditions on OBGYN related issues.
Medical care is not one size fits all. It’s imperative charts are reviewed before entering patient room. It’s also important to be 100% truthful in summary notes added to patient portal/file. Listening skills and time spent with patient is also important. Do better.

Dr O'Connell made me feel comfortable during my visit. I was nervous to receive a procedure I have not had done before and she assured me and made me feel safe with what was going on. She made sure I understood everything that was taking place. I've been a patient here since a teen and I've had my first child with this office and I haven't had a bad experience yet

Had to wait 30+ minutes in waiting room with no communication. Nurse seemed stressed/rushed. Doctor great but too jammed with appointments.
