I don't feel the provider really listened to my concerns and diminished my concerns of my health. The provider completely ignored how if was feeling (mentally) and brushed me off. and just
She explains everything and tells me why we are doing it

The only issue I had was the wait time. I understand that providers are busy but I am too and my appt was scheduled at 9 but I didn’t see her till close to 10 and now have to make that time up with my employer
I was scheduled for a physical. Was waiting for 45 min in a cold room. And then there was about 10 min spent with me for the physical. Not enough time to go through all of my concerns. My provider is always very good but was already 45 min behind schedule which made me feel like my appointment was rushed.
Jennifer always listens to my concerns and truly cares for my well being.

Like I said before my provider Jennifer is amazing and you need about 10 more of her, but if she does not have a good team around her, then she is only going to be set up for failure.

I like my nurse practitioner she is thorough & follows through as far as referrals and specialists for the condition you're in.

Jen DeWolf is a relatively new primary for me. I'm super impressed with her and feel very confident In her capabilities and comfortable speaking with her about anything. Her nurse, Mary, is also excellent. I have been a CRFH patient for over 20 years.
Time management is poor. Takes a long time to see provider after arrival. However this is common across all health care providers.
Have been going to this provider for many years and regard them highly. Never had any bad experiences with them.

Didn't order a PSA test! Couldn't send my blood work via portal. Told me email address is invalid. So as of today 12/23 I have no record of my results!!!!
The only complaint I had was the wait time. I was there for an hour and a half before I was seen and honestly felt like they had forgotten about me. I was left in a cold room wearing a drafty gown.
