Dr Gray is outstanding....AfterDr Kahn departed I wa concerned about replacement...and now I am just as confident with her as i was with Dr Kahn.

I met this doctor while a patient in St. Peter's Hospital. I was not comfortable in her presence especially lack of empathy while told discouraging news.
The provider went bounds far above my expectations. She allowed me to have phone conversations w/my moms for a COMPLETE family history & took everything down then included it for myself. She explained the reasons for the tests she ordered. She far surpassed any idea I had of a hematologist going into the appointment.

The provider was very patient and understanding. I have the tendency to be a little slow to speak.
It would have been nice to ACTUALLY SEE THE PROVIDER for my SCHEDULED appointment. I arrived early for my appointment, the provider did not review any of my labs prior to my arrival so she ordered my blood to be drawn again, I rejected and informed the ma and nurse that I had my labs drawn a few days before my actual appointment. I waited in the waiting area for Atleast 20-35 minutes and sat in a room for another 10-15. I had to reschedule the appointment because I had another appointment scheduled an hour after this one. Dr. Gray came and found me as I was rescheduling and tried to continue the appointment as normal, even after the nurse and receptionists made it clear I had been waiting and had another appointment and was then running late for the next one. I was charged a copay for this 'appointment' and was not able to see the actual provider. I am not happy with the service from this provider.

Dr Gray is very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. Never felt rushed. She had a pre-med student dictating notes for her. When it was time for physical exam, he left the room. She is warm and caring. I feel very comfortable addressing my health care needs with her. She answers all my questions and keeps my mind at ease.
Provider seems to lack experience in determining the correct specialist to visit for my issues. And does not ever follow up with blood work or concerns about the meds. she prescribes. Knowing I'm having bad side effects.
