Kristin Cooke, NP saw me on the same day that I called for an appointment, diagnosed what was wrong with my eye, ordered medication which resolved the problem and answered a follow up question regarding medication through the messaging function on the online program In My Chart. This was a very efficient and helpful visit.
Everything went smooth and very sensitive to my specific needs.
It was my first time seeing Kristen and she was great. I will definitely see her again for future checkups

This was my first visit with Kristin Cooke and she was excellent. I switched over form another practice within St. Peter's Health Care.
I was experiencing vertigo and requested a telehealth call. I received a call from the Nurse Practiconer within the hour. She recommended a method I could try at home, but also recommended physical therapy if I didn't get relief on my own. My follow up call for a PT referral was also acted upon quickly. So, I had quick, courteous service from everyone
I just love her. She is an excellent provider. All I could ask for.

She has no bedside manor and was very pushy and snobby about the Covid 19 vaccine. I do not plan on seeing her again.

I was not happy with the care I received here. The doctor basically looked at me like I was a drug addict because my former primary had me on certain medications. My needs weren't listened too, they basically told me you either sign this form or you get absolutely no help..

Provider is very good. This was my first visit at the practice I use to see *Kristin Cooke when she was with Delmar Family Practice when she left there and went to St. Peter's Family. I followed her. She is such a good provider. She makes me comfortable and takes good care of me.
Poor listening skills. Did not give me a potential diagnosis or explain the blood tests that were ordered. Never asked for any follow up on my September appointment. The appointment is for 30 minutes and she spent six minutes with me.
