I was there last month when I was very sick with Covid, and being a heart transplant recipient they took incredibly good care of me, as they would with all of their patients. Everyone who I had any contact with was very caring, helpful and supportive. You couldn't ask for a better group of professionals to take care of you when you can't help yourself and need medical attention. This hospital and its staff get an A++

Good experience with this appr but it is frustrating that the pracice could not accomoadate our other child's need for an important though non-emergent visit in the foreseeable future and advised us to go to ungert care instead.

I have been at Dr. Swickers practice several years, this was my first time seeing Dr. Mondelo, she was wonderful and when I checked out I requested to see her going forward. The person who checked me in ( wish I could remember her name) was so pleasant to deal with and very professional.

This was a new patient visit. I thought it was for a physical but I was scheduled for a medicare wellness exam WHICH I DID NOT KNOW UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. When I scheduled the appointment I did ask if this doctor also did those. As a new patient who also expected a physical I was barely examined except having to ask her to check things I have been accustomed to. She wasn't even going to do a urine sample! As far as the Medicare wellness, it wasn't anything at all and I expected that my previous Medicare wellness (with the St Peter's Health Partners) was a baseline, as I was told by my prior physician. I stressed how I was concerned about memory and cognitive changes from last year but all that was done was hands on a clock with time and recalling three words within a minute of telling them to me. I told the doctor I was used to a greater level of care beyond asking questions on the software, checking my heart, and looking In my eyes. It was the worst exam I ever had but I am keeping her for now because I need a primary, but will be looking for another provider. In fairness, she is very good with general health but clearly not a good diagnostician who is used to working with an older population group beyond the basics. She did diagnose a sinus infection I didn't realize I had because I thought it was allergies for over two weeks.

It was clear Dr. M did not review my medical records before coming in, even though she had an open laptop, because she asked me questions that were already documented about a serious health condition. This was a turn off because I felt that she didn't bother to sift through the info on-hand, and then continued to ask me questions about the serious health condition that she could've easily looked up, forcing me to rehash the condition. And then she was asking how I got the condition, which implied I must've done something to bring the condition on.

Providers nowadays spent far too much time having to look at a screen to keep up with records and notes, than actually SEEING and INTERACTING with the patience. To be honest, I do not feel heard in this office. I express concern about an issue, and am told a referral is needed to address basically anything.
