Vascular surgery and it’s issues and terms are all new to me, and I came in with many questions and concerns. Heidi helped with every issue, in a knowledgeable,, caring manner that was incredibly helpful to me.

They wanted me to go to wound care and they would not see me till 24 March. So I am being seen tomorrow so someone can check it before wound care sees me. They did that have to do this but it certainly makes me feel better for someone to check it

I felt dismissed and as if I were taking up the providers time. I felt that the provider had little knowledge of the possible complications of her diagnosis. I was not offered any educational advice about why or why not the provider felt that the condition might be causing my symptoms and there are questions that I asked the provider about that were completely ignored.
I find *Heidi friendly, knowledgeable and caring!
