We very much appreciate the books. They're relevant and, even in a vacuum, they're good books in new condition. Our daughter isn't especially social or verbal, and the staff handled her visit excellently and put me at ease as her parent. Thank you.

She's a good doctor. She isn't able to work with the vaccine schedule I would like because of new standards your institution has set. Which is highly upsetting. I really wanted to stay with this practice but now I can't.
