Thank you for having the walk-in clinic, I waited two hours on a busy Friday afternoon but it was worth it if I’m able to be cleared for hip replacement surgery in two weeks.
First visit with Alayna - she was excellent and I will look forward to scheduling her again in the future. Dr. Bishop is awesome as well. Not sure if will have opportunity, but the admin staff is terrible. No-one answers and no return calls - has been extremely frustrating and only reason I have stayed was because of how great Dr. Bishop is. Better office mgmt is needed. It has been a joke trying to get appts, or return calls.

Dr. Bishop is my cardiologist and recently did surgery placing two stents in my heart. Dr. Bishop is a wonderful doctor, caring and compassionate. He and his team saved my life.
When she briefly left the room, my daughter and I both said at the same time how much we liked her.
The NP I saw at my last visit was excellent. Others in the past, not so much. I wish the doctor, Dr. Saunders, was also available to stop in at most visits.
She was very thorough and patient with all my questions…never felt rushed…

The PA was attentive and reviewed my case, found and filled in missing info in my chart. She also asked many wiestions to het a good feel for my medical stare. I was bery impressed

She was the nurse NP cause my husband was having trouble breathing & heart pain. I called *Dr. Bishop's nurse & I asked does he have a NP & can see and she said he does & we went the next day & she did a great job the NP.

They asked me to come early to check in, then she was super late, she said it took longer than anticipated with her previous patient, but I just wanted out. It was routine care so no big problem - just inconvenienced.
