she was in over her head. Clearly doesn't have knowledge of Dr. Kowal. Should make it easier to see a doctor when needed. She referred me to an ENT and a cardiologist for a fever that was going on two weeks . She said would be great if I can come back and see Kowal in a week but it turns out you can't get an appt with him for 6 months even for a sick visit

I had been scheduled by the provider possibly added to be seen between other patients for an appointment but I don't believe the staff were aware of this. When the provider saw me, she mentioned my being a little late but I told her I had been on time staff just put in someone else before me.

Being this visit was for my annual physical, I expected a hernia and prostate exam. Not that I want them, but didn't get them. I as told she and/or Dr Kowal would contact me regarding blood work and thoughts on my heart concerns. They did not.
