She looks at you when she talks. Sometimes doctors never look at you when they speak.

VB has treated other folks in my circle with care and concern. My biggest issue has been the inability to schedule appointments with her due to her schedule.
As an elderly man, I am treated with respect & dignity. My concerns are treated as so.
Ive seen virginia several times ,and never have i trusted her responses or felt i accomplished anything.all i ever get is referrals.
I have been using this practice for many years!!! If I wasn't satisfied I would go somewhere else!

My regular provider is out on maternity leave, so this is soneone I have no relationship with. Makes it hard for both of us. But she was great with respect to listening to me, answering my questions, etc.
Virginia has a great "bedside" manner. She is thoughtful and professional.
The provider I saw was wonderful. The problem is Trinity seems to have fallen short of patient care concerns. At times makes you feel like you fall between the cracks where before it felt like a true family practice
