I really don’t know this provider. This is first phone visit for company.
I was expecting one phone call for this virtual visit -- but after finishing one portion of the "visit," I found out I would have to wait "a few minutes" for a second call. The few minutes turned out to be 15 or so I and I was wondering if I had been forgotten! I was going somewhere and therefore anxious to complete the visit. I wish they had told me in advance the visit would be a two-part affair!
I really liked Allison very pleasant, friendly and professional.

Allison Drake, PA is efficient, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen and responded professionally and in a clear manner. Also, the nurse who followed up with test results explained outcomes/recommendations in understandable terms.

Asked to be there at 2:05 p.m. for a 2:20 appointment, which I was. However, didn’t get into exam room till 2:40 p.m. & P.N. came in at 3 p.m. I understand sometimes have to work in patients, but I feel if that far behind I should be told and given choice of waiting or making another appointment.
She is the best provider I have ever had. I highly recommend her for anyone.

I was very happy with my initial appointment with Allison Drake and all other employees there. Everyone was compassionate, patient, understanding with me. For the first time in a long time l, I felt listened to. Allison and all the other staff were fantastic and made me feel safe and taken care of.

Both Allison & her PA were very thorough & easy to talk to, discussing health history. I had an initial video appointment back in the fall which went well, & my in-person appointment on 3/31/22 was my first time in the office for an annual wellness exam, which also went well.
For an annual physical, it was very short and follow up re: an existing problem wasn't mentioned.

The nurse administered the yearly Medicare tests and Allison came in for a short visit.
The visit was quick and to the point. All my concerns were addressed.
My past experiences with health care have ranged from just ok to very poor. I hadn't been to a Dr in along time because of that. I was referred to NP Drake and told she was REALLY good. I was not disappointed. All of the support staff was wonderful as well. The office is very efficient, professional and welcoming. NP Drake is very knowledgeable, professional and helped me regain my confidence with the medical field, a true challenge! She very patiently listened to all of my concerns, validated them and ordered many tests related to my concerns and tests related to my age and routine care/lack of. Finally I'm comfortable and at ease with the relationship I have with my health care provider and I am soooo glad I made the appointment. As it turned out I did have a medical issue that was affecting my quality of life and had she not listened or not been thorough it would not have been addressed and I'm very grateful.
I have been seeking a primary for years. Have not been regularly to a doctor in 30yrs. I believe I have found it within this office.
Will be my last visit and allison has been myDoctor for years. Never again.

Pleased that the practice participates in taking students. Had a student during this visit and it was a positive experience. Although this was my once a year Medicare wellness visit, which I usually hate, it was a positive visit.

This was my first (rescheduled due to her own conflict) video conference appointment with Allison to get established as a new patient to have her as my PCP. I found her to be very affable & easy to talk to. I hope to meet her for an in-person appointment in the coming months, to follow up on medication matters discussed on this first call.
