I am a Veterans Administration/Community Care Referral, (used to the bureaucracy). My MRI results had not been sent over for my f/u appt with Carah. She explained this (apologizing for this) I told her it was not her fault and that the VA was sometimes slow. She stated she would work on getting results and would call me by Friday (appt was Tuesday). She called Friday to let me know results had not shown up, apologizing again for not having results and stating she would continue trying to get them. I could sense her concern was genuine and explained to her that I had had trouble like this before and that I would contact VA/MRI personnel to inform them of the communication breakdown. Carah's concern, compassion, and professionalism is the reason I have full faith and trust in St Peter's!
