I was concerned at first when the schedule said there wasn't any available appointments for my sick visit that day. This was upsetting. Then, he said he'd call the office and told me they could get me in, thankfully. I was taken very quickly, everyone was respectful, kind and helpful. Dr. Letteriello always takes the time to listen to everything and shows concern. She prescribed an antibiotic but also sent a test out to make sure it was the correct antibiotic for the problem. The only reason the office didn't follow up with me is because the test showed the antibiotic was the right one. Also, the only reason my medications aren't frequently reviewed is because I'm really not on anything. I'm very happy with the care and service here.
