I had to call back several times to get the office to follow through with insurance approval which had originally been told to me had been submitted but I ultimately discovered had never been sent to my insurance provider for approval. *Colleen straightened the matter out and called to let me know.

The doctor is very attentive, articulate, smart, responsive, etc. I liked him and thought he understood what I was saying and asking quite well and was very engaged and responsive.
I was desperate to see this provider to be tested for sleep apnea. I had to wait months to get an appointment for a test. They were able to get me in sooner, thank God. However, getting this test done and getting treatment has been time-consuming. For such a serious problem, I feel like they should be better staffed so treatment can be done as soon as possible.
