I feel that I am treated with respect by my provider and I have an appropriate amount of time with her. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed and I didn't feel rushed out of my appointment. Being someone who works in healthcare myself, I understand the time constraint providers have when they see patients, but I think Dr. Kaplan did an excellent job managing the appointment and giving me enough time to express my concerns/talk out what needed to be covered. I have only met with Drr. Kaplan a couple times because I am new to the area, and although I've moved away from Waterford I will make an appoint to go back to see her because of the excellent care she and her staff provides.

I did not realize that this was a Heath Center, I thought it was a walk-in urgent treatment center. I had just sustained a very painful cat bite from a cat at the cat rescue center that I volunteer at. I realized that the staff could have redirected me to an urgent care facility however, DesiRAE spoke to the doctor on my behalf & I was seen immediately! I was logged in as a new patient & yreyed with red P.O.& dignity. DesiRAE is one of the kindest Medical Assistants I’ve ever met & I am so grateful to her & Dr. Kaplan. They truly made an extremely stressful situation tolerable. Thanking You Again, Kathleen E Verderosa

Dr Kaplan is an excellent doctor that took me years in the Capital region to find. Having been to many other doctors in the area that don't listen, don't care, don't follow up, Dr Kaplan does all of that and more. She is by far the best doctor I've had in the last 20 years.

Very unprofessional ,did not listen what so ever and put down things in the summary of your visit that were not even true ,and not even said. She also walked out before we were done.very rude and unprofessional she should not be a doctor. With her attitude I can see why people leave and she is always taking new patients .i would never never recommend her to anyone

She is awesome! She really cares about my health and goes out of her way to help. She follows through and up with your questions and care. She personally will call me when she wants to know how I'm doing. She listens to what I say and Is very Interested In what I say to her. There were times I needed more time with her In a crisis and she gave me that time. She saved my life twice!
