Provider was reserved and mildly interested in my case. Did not ask questions or probe for details related to my sleep issues.
I needed help with my CPAP and equipment and after a thorough exam Dr. Montes was able to getting me started with a company that would help be with my broken down and antique device. I am grateful.

I don’t like the fact that for several years I saw Dr. Strumph and now I seem to have switched over to the PA.She may be fine but I do not want to see her forever!…I much prefer Dr. Strumph.

Irina was fantastic, thank you! I was surprised to learn that my home sleep study showed my O2 saturation was as low as 51%; that was not shared with me previously and is quite concerning that I wasn't offered oxygen therapy back in May based on those results.

As usual Irina is always professional, polite and has a good sense of humor which I enjoy. I feel relaxed when we meet unlike some providers which make me feel like they have better things to do. I prefer the Video visits it allows me to save my PTO time at work for other things.
