Dr. Heckman did a good job of explaining a complex problem in a way that I was able to follow. He was also reassuring about what was happening and the probable outcomes, without minimizing the seriousness of the problem.
We arrived early and did not have to wait. They saw us early. We were treated in kindness by the office staff, nurse and Dr Heckman.
This visit Dr Heckman addressed my pathology report, healing of incisions and how I was doing overall post op. My questions and concerns were addressed.
