Since I am new, the first visit went well and no problems. I am waiting for further review of records to determine needed labs or tests. Our discussion addressed my conditions, recent progress & future hopes. My provider accepted my decisions and stated she would feel free to disagree with me if she felt strongly about my care. As we have a previous relation we both felt comfortable with our interactions and look to the future to improve issue I want to improve upon.

It was an emergency visit not a scheduled visit and my care by the provider was excellent.
Saw NP as Primary took too long to visit. About 6 weeks - ouch. However, Joan was very excellent.

I was desperately Ill and waited til 8am when office opened to phone the answering service came on until 8:45am, when the office picked up my doc had no appts but Joan did have one at 9:30 am I took it and threw some clothes on and made it just in time. If I hadn't gotten that I would have been out of luck. I'm thankful that Joan was there to help me she was great. I appreciate all of the office staff especially Nick and Tammy.
The office staff is always helpful and courteous on the phone and in office. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen in this office and always feel that I am not rushed during my appointment. Very happy with this office and the care they show to me as a patient.
There seems to be a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere when being seen by my provider. This in turn makes communication efficient and to the point.

This NP was not thorough with her examination - never looked in my mouth or felt glands. Prescribed a Cortisone cream that both the pharmacist and my dermatologist said was good. I didn't use.

This was my first visit to the practice. Joan Mance had no previous health records of mine, despite my requesting my records from my previous primary nearly 2 months prior. Joan was extremely thorough, ordered some tests I had never had done, and commented on test results a few days later. I was surprised at how quickly Joan responded.
This provider and her staff are well attuned to my particular needs and always work with me in a way that makes me feel at ease and comfortable.
I didn't feel like Joann took the time to listen to my concerns at all. She was more worried about how quick she could get me in and out. Every time I've voiced a concern about a health related issue Joann seems to brush it off.
