Kathleen Lind was excellent! She listened thoroughly, was kind, compassionate, and had a great deal of knowledge. Everything happened exactly as she said. The problem went away in exactly the amount of time she predicted at the start, using the treatment she recommended.

Dr. Taggert never showed up and I waited weeks for this appointment. I was charged my copay like I saw a specialist. I complained to my insurance company.

Loved the office staff and the clinical staff. The NP Kathleen, however, was not that great. I waited over 2 hours to see her (walked in), had an ultrasound I didn't need (had one 1.5 months ago) because I was told I wouldn't be seen without one, and when she came in, she had already made up her mind about my issue, relying on ultrasound and office staff (who are not trained in assessments) to give her the details. She barely glanced at the body part in question and certainly didn't lay hands on it to assess it in any way. Not a great provider, in my opinion and diagnoses without evidence. This visit was really not much help to me at all and didn't address the suddenness of symptoms or other issues I had questions about. But if I want to pay for more tests, they may be able to tell me more. Not a fan.

Extra time was spent when I insisted to have my questions answered. From the beginning, I feel additional time should be spent with the patient discussing ultrasound results. Perhaps it would be helpful to a patient to review those results before leaving the office. Now I have obtained the results from the internet, and from other sources to better understand my situation.

My concerns w/my legs were upsetting since they were new/different - she (NA) was short & snappy in her response & even stated 'I'm not a heart doctor', when I was guest - my circulation concerns. She seemed very stretched & in a hurry.
