The problem is that the telephone system has broken down calls to the office end with the phone ringing TV _____ and no one answers - if I have a question or need assistance I have to physically go to the office & get someone to talk to me - I have left voice mail messages no one calls back.

Waited 45 minutes for NP. Whole visit was 1 hr. 15 min. EKG tech hooked me up, ran leads. Left me on table with gown open with leads attached and left door open when she left to show NP. The whole visit was a hot mess! Not a happy patient.
