I’m well read and as educated as I can be with this horrible disease ! The guidence and care are extraordinary
They are awesome.. from the minute a walk in to the moment i leave! Even the lab crew .
Dr. Wong took the time to explain all options available to me for treatment of my condition and didn't make me feel that I was taking up too much of her time either. She made sure that I understood the risks and benefits of each option as well.
Lauren addressed all my concerns during my visit.

Lauren has general concern for my situation recently having heart surgery and the fluctuations in my blood sugars over the past 10 weeks. We are working as a team to keep my blood sugar level.

I liked the provider very much, but she is young and I am older, and her enthusiasm for the treatment that she was recommending was a little more than I could process in the moment. I had to digest and think at home.
When i found out Beth Nardacci was retiring, i was concerned. But, in my humble opinion, Lauren Wong is doing a great job of filling some big (albeit little) shoes 😀 Thank you!

She had reviewed my glucose numbers before the meeting, made sound recommendations for change in treatment, and explained possible side effects and how to use the injector pen
She makes you feel relaxed but is very professional nonetheless.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years and when my PA was retiring I was quite nervous about the transition to another with in the practice. I am happy to say that I was matched perfectly and it was a seamless transition.
Lauren is very attentive to mom’s current condition and continually adjusts her medication as warranted. I do not feel like we are getting perfunctory care. She really pays attention and is engaged.
