Trish is wonderful!!! Her nurse (the male one) is the best nurse I have seen in a very long time. It is refreshing to go into an office and feel like you matter and have the doctor and nurse remember who you are. These two need to be commended for going above and beyond!!!

Patricia Bradt is new to me. First year with her. So far she has been awesome. Our 1st experience was over the phone when I caught covid 19. This was my 1st physical with her and she was great.

My provider seemed nice but I could tell made assumptions about me and didn't address my problem but focused on a different problem which is fine but I wish had focused on mine as well. Now I have to wait another month for my physical to address my problem.
Inaccuracy of medical records, i.e. Records show I am allergic to be pollen, in actuality they were told I was allergic to bee stings, not bee pollen. When I pointed out the error, I was told the system does not allow for entry of allergy to bee stings & the only option available Is allergy to bee pollen. I have asked for this to be corrected on multiple occasions, no help forthcoming? Not the end of the world, but now every medical office I visit has allergy to bee pollen in my records which does not exist. Similar errors could lead to a problem going forward.

Dr Patricia Bradt is the BEST provider I have ever seen in my 42 years of living. I have never had someone care so much about my health and needs and actually want to help me and listen to me. I adore her.

I was asked if I needed a covid booster I said yes but did not have my card so she took the time to call Walgreens to get my info faxed or emailed to her I thought that was great of her to do because I did not what to have to come back for the shot

The provider asked thorough questions and ordered appropriate tests in order to diagnose. Also, provided medications, answered questions and was attentive. Again, the physical exam was minimal.
