Check in was a breeze, initial encounter with Nurse to take vitals very pleasant, ultrasound tech was pleasant and thorough, Dr was also pleasant and very comprehensive.
I can think of no way in which this experience could be improved.

I hope that as he gains more experience as a MD. He will make it a point to try harder to show his face & a true concern for a patient trying to reach out to him after & procedure. The procedure is nerve wrecking so when the patients has questions for you, just show up or send a direct message. Bedside manner is so important.
