St. Peter's is enabling our health care providers to connect with patients through video and audio visits using secure telehealth technology. St. Peter's Health Partners has more than 200 primary and specialty care providers offering face-to-face health care appointments in the comfort and safety of your home.
VirtualCare is easy to use. If you have a smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android), you’re good to go! You don’t need to download any apps or software, and you don’t need to have an account.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text, email, or phone call with a reminder for your VirtualCare appointment.
When it's time for your visit, you will receive a text message with an invitation to have a "secure conversation." Clicking this link will open the application and the video session will begin after the provider initiates the video.
To schedule a VirtualCare appointment, please call your physician's office. The practice staff will help you determine if a telehealth visit is appropriate for you.
