Since 1990, Clifton Park Family Practice has provided high quality health care services for the entire family. The Clifton Park Family Practice group prides itself in providing complete care for all ages. Services include routine health maintenance; minor surgical procedures; joint injections; on-site laboratory and imaging services; and social work services.

Clifton Park Family Practice is well established in the community for providing outstanding health care for many years. Our long-term staff is committed to high standards of health care. Our caring and experienced providers, nurses and support staff together boast more than 180 years of serving the Clifton Park community. The Clifton Park Family Practice continues to build their practice with new providers and support staff to support continued growth.

Several of our providers have appointments available prior to regular business hours starting at 7:30 am. We also offer extended evening hours every other Tuesday until 6:00 pm, and every Thursday until 7:00 pm.
