Saugerties Wellness Center

Saugerties Wellness Center has been providing patient-centered primary care in Ulster and Greene Counties since 1998.

Our providers work in partnership with patients and their families to develop care plans tailored to their unique needs. We take time to make sure our patients understand their health, and receive the preventative care and immunizations needed for good health.

We offer a full range of services for the entire family, including:

• Routine pediatric exams (well-baby and -child check-ups, school and camp physicals)
• Adolescent medicine
• Routine adult and geriatric care
• Care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions.

Our practice also offers a range of women's health services, including:

• Annual pelvic exams
• Pap smears
• Family planning
• Other gynecological services

This practice is a NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
