3 Week Series w/ 1 On-site Class

This series educates, empowers and supports expectant parents to feel confident, to actively practice comfort strategies, to ask questions and to make informed decisions as they personalized their pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Childbirth Educators provide tips and choices from complementary therapies like massage, mindfulness, positions for labor and relaxation techniques to medical options for promoting labor progress, pain and Cesarean Birth.
