Read the health issues I raised when I filled out the questionnaire on My Chart. It was obvious that neither the assistant nor the PC had read my concerns. Give me an explanation of the test results posted on My Chart instead of making me ask for them. Give me a copy of my blood work referral instead of telling me 'the lab can look it up when you get there.'

Darlene Hoffman promptly responded to my call to the office and contacted me forthwith for a telephone conference following which she immediately arranged for a COVID test which was administered within two hours. She was most professional and accommodating.

Informative and right to the point
I went for a routine check up. I e sprained to Darelene what I had felt like after my Covid booster I had a reaction to the booster. I didn't feel well for 5 days. During my explanations of how I felt Darlene was being very disagreeable with what I thought I felt was a reaction to the booster. She was being argumentative actually. When I first arrived my bp was perfect 121/71 or very close to that. What I experienced with her attitude was what my wife has been complaining to me about for some time now. My wife also has felt an attitude from Darlene. My wife would come home upset at times after a visit telling me that Darlene gave her a hard time. I always thought It was just a personality conflict. Up until this past visit I never had a bad experience. And when I told Darlene that I had called a few days before my visit afte hours to ask If she was on call she did believed what I had told her. And made It clear what I was saying couldn't have been true. In so many words. What I told Darlene about my reaction to the booster felt as though It was the same signs that I had had from my second shot of moderne. I told her my stmptoms and she I sister It also could have been a mild stroke. I asked her If you felt flue like with a stroke by getting chills and aches joints she said well you didn't tell me that. It was just a bad experience all the way around. I left there that day disappointed that I had experienced what my wife had been going through. I appreciate what Darlene has done for us but we are both unsure weather we are going to continue with her services.
