I really like my provider but after this visit I am disappointed. I understands long waits can happen but I would expect to still receive the same level of care as I would if everything were on time. My doctor was rushing the whole time and didn’t give me the chance to explain some things before she left the room. She stayed in the room for less than 10 minutes when I presented 3 different issues I was having.

My visit was a followup after being in a hospital with pneumonia and was given an x ray that indicated I needed to be on another antibiotic and was given a prescription that was needed

At the end of 2022, I was saddened when my GP retired and was afraid I would not find another GP as good. I am SO happy with Dr. Balaraman. She has proven to be competent and compassionate in just the few short months I have been her patient. Within this time, I had a medical emergency and Dr. Balaramna nd her staff provided not only excellent care, but also comfort. I have not felt comfort from a practitioner's office in decades. I feel so lucky to have Dr. Balaraman as my new GP.
