My main comment is that this time Dr. Benjamin wanted me to decide on pursuing a treatment but without first explaining the implications of the treatment or of not doing it, and without first explaining, in his opinion whether the treatment is necessary or not. I appreciate me having the final word, but I can't decide before having all the information first. So I made a decision after asking several questions about the need for the procedure and what it involves. Maybe is just a matter of communication style.

After having a biopsy I was sick and had questions for the nurse. Several calls were made and no answer came for two days. This treatment was not acceptable.
