I could see my blood work results on the portal and finally sent a message to my provider 2 days later asking to speak about the results. He messaged me back and said it looked fine. I then messaged him back saying I wanted to speak with him about my lab work since I had questions. He only responded back in the message, he never called. I have been a patient a long time and had asked for a call and never got it. I felt very unimportant and that he didn't have time.
