*Dr. Bergeron was very professional, listened & then developed a plan. I have one suggestion, I would have been helpful if I Had know from the beginning that I could access the doctor through the patient portal. After my echo cardiogram, the nurse called to see how I was doing. I asked her about the 'flagged' items on the report from the echo. She told me that I didn't need to be concerned. A friend suggested the portal and I used it. The doctor did an excellent job addressing each point. This gave me a much more favorable attitude toward the practice.
I can only say the Dr. made me feel very comfortable especially that it was my first meeting with him.

The provider was excellent one of the best ones I have seen
Doctor never referred to my blood work that I had done five days previous to visit. At end of visit I asked how my blood work was. He looked at it and said good. No other comment! I then asked him what my LDL was a he proceeded to tell me. Instead of then telling me about HDL or triglycerides I had to ask him for each one.
