I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and another twenty minutes in the exam room before I saw the doctor. This is typical for this provider. She is a very good doctor and I don't want to switch but I don't appreciate having to take part of a day off from work for a very routine visit that had been scheduled for six months.

I have been seeing Dr Kopff for over a decade. I continue to see her even though I moved to northern NH nearly three years ago. She is terrific. Attentive, concerned, skilled and personable. Jenn handed me a copy of the results of my blood work with Dr Kopff's handwritten comments when I arrived. Dr Kopff when through each of her comments and helped me to understand what the results suggested and what I might do to improve results that needed a little improvement. She never rushes, she always makes me feel like I am the only patient she needs to see in a day. She cares about what has happened to me or members of my family since our last visit. She remembers what I worry about from visit to visit. She always responds promptly to my questions posed through the portal. She arranges telemedicine calls when appropriate so I don't have to drive down to the office. I will continue to drive 5-hours so Dr Kopff can be my primary care physician. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician.

Dr. Kopff is great! She listens, understands and is very knowledgeable.
I do not mind that I have to wait for my appointment. I know that she always runs a little late and so I am prepared. When it's my turn, she takes all the time needed and I do not feel rushed. Also, I do not usually call but will use the patient portal for any questions I have in between my annual physical appointments. I always get an answer the same day.
