I noticed that my doctor actually interacted with the office staff, directing them, listening to them, and treating them with the upmost respect. I've never had a doctor's appointment where the doctor interacted with office staff.

Dr. Favuzza was great. She was certainly concerned for my comfort. The medical assistant wasn't as pleasant. She didn't seem to be listening to me. I later saw in my summary notes she wrote down the wrong medication allergy.
