MyChart made sure I was prepared for the appointment, the front desk checked me in quickly and helped me get masked, the nurse was kind and welcomed me swiftly, and Karen Doherty-Wells capped off a very efficient appointment for my yearly physical. I was able to complete blood work in the basement on my way out. Being able to sneak into Karen’s schedule on a Friday morning was a relief. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience.

For this visit with Karen, I was a little dissatisfied. I feel she talks to fast and it is difficult for me to process what she is telling me...cannot interject if I have questions regarding what she is telling me. Also, she prescribed medication that interacted negatively with the meds I currently take. I researched myself and I thought she should have been aware of that. She also ordered lab work which included lipid panel and told me I did not have to fast. I have always been told to fast for 12 hours for a lipid panel. Consequently, I am no longer using Karen for future visits.
