Dr Pica listened to my concerns and addressed them right away , offered me to call her with any issues and if I don’t show improvement to message her and we could decide if I needed to go back in the office or she could treat me over the phone .
Dr Pica is an awesome doctor. She is easy to talk to, shares relevant info for my healthcare needs such as studies that pertain to CKD and clarified my misunderstandings. She ordered f/u bloodwork and included all my doctors to receive results, which I don’t always see other practices do. She spent a lot of time with me for my annual physical answering my questions and gave me great medical advice.
