I am switching my insurance just so I can stay with this provider

As I age, which as most, do not like the idea, but I know the quality of life as i get older is dependent and the care of doctors and their assistants. One could say that doctors are a necessary evil. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with the compassion and understanding that I get from this staff, particularly NP Ms. Carter.

Melissa Carter is excellent. She always really listens to my concerns and asks questions. At my most recent visit (her 2nd to last one for the day) she stayed until everything was completely covered, even though she had to be somewhere and was working against the clock. She never rushed me. She took as much time as was necessary to work with me.
