I was in very little pain which tells me that her surgical technique is outstanding. She took the time to help staff transfer me from the stretcher to the operating table. I would highly recommend her to any family or friend if they needed a surgeon.

Excellent Visit
I received exceptional care from the entire medical team - from the front desk (Darlene!) to the physician (Dr. Keim). I work in medical education and was very concerned about weight bias going into this appointment but everyone was very attentive and sympathetic. They took time to listen to my concerns and address any questions I had about my upcoming surgery. I left feeling heard and less anxious about the procedure. Overall, I felt I could trust this physician and their staff to provide quality care as I prepare to undergo my first surgery. They were compassionate and very knowledgeable.

As with most medical services, these people do this everyday and it's second nature to them. More details of what will happen, what needs to happen leading up to surgery, when it should happen would be nice. All offices are busy and I understand that. I just feel stressed to start with and sort of 'dismissed' - 'this is issue, this is what we'll do, someone will contact you, see you at surgery' type of thing.

I was actually sent to this appoint by mistake (primary doctor's error). Doctor Keim recognized this, went over the issue I was having, told me where I was supposed to be, and got me a referral. I can't recall the last time I saw someone so completely on top of everything she was doing. I cannot rate her or her conduct highly enough, absolutely fantastic!
